Click "Register" on the top-right corner at homepage and fill in your information as requested, then click the REGISTER button to finish the registration.

Confirm your email

An email will be sent to your registered email address, please check you mail box and click the verification link to confirm your email address.

Log-in

Enter your username and password to log-in 9Apps Business Platform.

If you are new to the platform, you need to add payment information and upload a real clear photo of your company's certificate first. We will review your information as soon as possible.

Add payment information

It's necessary to complete the payment information and upload photos of concerned certificate before starting a campaign. If you are a personal developer please provide certificate of identification. The photo of your ID card's front side and back side are both needed to upload to the platform. Or please upload your company's certificate instead if you register as a company.

We will review the information as soon as possible.

After your payment information is verified, you can get full access to 9Apps Business Platform.

Input Install

Single Input

1. Click [Reports] on the top menu bar, you can see all your campaigns data.
2. You can input install number under the [INSTALL] column. Click the  button and input your install number, only number is allowed.
3. Click   button after install data is set.

Campaign plan

  1. Can I set different prices or caps in different areas with a same APK

Yes. Please create a campaign at a price first. When this campaign is approved, you can build different campaign with different price or cap by select the former uploaded APK. 

APK and Material

1. When I uploaded the package, the system showed me “The package has been uploaded”, but I haven’t uploaded it.

1. Please confirm if your workmates or agency have uploaded this package by other accounts. Connect to them if they have done it.
2. Contact your AM to confirm it. AM will help you to offline the fake one if you are the package’s real owner.

2. What is the limit of the material?

1. Your material can’t contain any pornographic, violent, bloody or religionary content.
2. All the material must be based on your APP. Any fraudulent material will be banned.

  1. How to change my password?

Click  your user name at the north-west corner and click the "Change Password"

2. How to reset my password if I forget my password?

Click the "Forget Password?" link at the login page, and follow the tips to reset your password. 

OR  ask your AM to reset it and get the new password in your E-mail.

  3. I can’t receive the E-mail of password resetting.

  a.Please check your E-mail spam – filtering document.

  b.Confirm your E-mail account with your AM.

  c.Ask AM to change the E-mail account if you forget your E-mail account.
